Shipping and Returns

Return Policy

We accept online returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Item must be received undamaged, in unused condition, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that the item(s) are in unused condition, we will then issue a refund. The refund can take up 5-7 business days. Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates may vary depending on parcel serviced used, such as UPS, Fedex or USPS.

Grace & Lux is not responsible for any shipping delays after products are shipped from warehouse

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
