Refund Policy
All returns must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached. Thank you for your understanding!
How to return an item
To return an item, please email sales@graceandlux.com. Once your return is approved we will send you a return label via email (allow up to 10 days). Please place the item securely in its original packaging, include the return label provided, and mail your returned items to the specified address. Thank you for choosing Grace and Lux!

Return Process
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
